Welcome to Ziha Sports. We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality sports products including racket sports equipment, padel gear, pickleball products, hockey equipment, bags, and accessories.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used hockey sticks or rackets
• Worn clothing
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or sale items
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy.
